Salmon SashimiQ: My husband is on Coumadin (warfarin), is diabetic, has hypertension, gout and arthritis. His favorite food is sashimi (tuna and salmon); is it okay for him to eat it?

A: Both of these fishes would be fine for him to eat. Here are some links to other questions about sushi: Sushi, Cholesterol, Sodium and More

(nothing) was subpose to be (nothing else) Warfarin is all I take, I have nothing else wrong, just a hole in my heart and a blood glot went through, and caused 2 strokes.

That @, was subpose to be 2 strokes in 7 days, Sorry.

I had @ strokes in 7 days, I am on Warfarin (nothing), but because I can't get around good I have put on alot of weight, and unfortunately Cruciferous Veggies is best for you, and helps control weight, but as normal has V-K in it. Is there something like a substitute, or what else can I do? I have gained so much weight the skin on my thighs hurt, my skin feels real tight, especially my legs and feet, and my feet swell. What can I do?
