Q: My husband’s borderline diabetes is compounded with a high potassium count. This makes it very difficult to maintain a Mediterranean diet. Do you have recipes or advice for this particular problem?
Q: Is there a substitute for red wine? Perhaps grape juice made from grapes rather than concentrate? I do not drink alcohol at all and would not do so even for the benefits of red wine.
