Dr. Gourmet, I recently was in the hospital for dehydration and high Potassium and low sodium. I have been on several medications for blood pressure, warfarin and heart rate and have pulmonary hypertension. They had me on a renal diet while in the hospital. My question is what foods are high in Potassium? My potassium level in 5 right now, but was 6 when I first went into the hospital. I would like to lower my level a little, I know this can be dangerous. Can you give me any advise on a diet? Thank You, Joanne from Amarillo
